DRONDE ESTAN LAS TORTUGAS, operating as DELT Project ("we", "us", "our"), is a registered non-profit association (W271006502, Association loi 1901, France) dedicated to environmental conservation. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website at deltproject.com.
1. Data we collect
We do not collect personal data directly through this website. We do not have user accounts, registration forms, or databases of visitor information.
The contact form on our homepage sends messages directly to our email address via your own email client — no data is stored on our servers.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (tag G-Z6MWDXT9ZW) to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent, and general geographic region. This data is processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. No personal data is shared with us by Google.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use Microsoft Clarity (project xybg9f25g8) to see how pages are actually used: which parts people read, where they click, and where they get stuck. Clarity records a playback of the visit, covering mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. It does not record what you type into form fields, and we use it to improve the site, never to identify anyone. This data is processed by Microsoft under their own privacy policy.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, neither Google Analytics nor Clarity stores anything on your device until you accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are active by default, and choosing Refuse in that banner switches both off.
3. Donations
Donation processing is handled by Donorbox (donorbox.org). If you choose to donate, your payment and personal information is collected and processed by Donorbox under their own privacy policy. DELT Project does not store payment card details.
4. Cookies
This site uses analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. It sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. The cookie banner lets you accept or refuse them, your choice is remembered on your device, and you can also disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. 6. Data retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Analytics data retained by Google is governed by Google's data retention settings (default: 14 months).
7. Third-party links
Our website contains links to partner organisations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
